The house looks like a dream pulled from an architect’s sketchbook. Curves, cylinders, and ship-like lines rise from the grass, daring you to imagine the life that could exist inside.
But step closer, and the truth appears: raw walls, exposed bones, unfinished spaces, and a price tag hiding a much deeper co…
From the outside, this strange cylindrical house feels like a ship run aground or a forgotten Art Deco pavilion. Its elevated stance and sweeping curves give it a sculptural presence that ordinary homes simply can’t match.
It doesn’t try to disappear into the landscape; it demands to be noticed, even before you reach the front door. Yet crossing the threshold reveals not a glamorous interior, but a pause button: open spaces, unfinished surfaces, and a quiet invitation to imagine what could be.
This is less a home than a question. For someone with vision, patience, and a realistic renovation budget, it could become a one-of-a-kind sanctuary—light-filled, efficient, and tailored to its unusual geometry.
For others, the exposed structure and unknown costs may feel overwhelming. In the end, its true value isn’t just in the $65,000 asking price, but in whether you see a problem to fix or a blank canvas to claim.
